All the windows had been
replaced with uPVC but the house had not otherwise been
extended or
altered.
The clients wanted a conservatory in the area
of the patio but somehow knew that this would still be
a little
unsatisfactory.
On the ground floor was a kitchen that they felt was
too small and separate and one large room at the back and
they
didn't
realise that anything much could be done about that.
In fact they very nearly didn't mention it but you could
tell
that
the solution they had envisaged wouldn't be quite
