This 1950’s home had undergone little improvement
since it was built by the council except perhaps joining
the 2 downstairs rooms into one.
It’s one great asset
was it’s situation overlooking a beautiful river meadow
where wildlife could be observed roaming. And this was quite
an asset!
What the client wanted:
The client wanted more accommodation and wanted a quiet reading
room incorporated on the ground floor. He also wanted to keep
the three bedrooms but needed a study. In making the plans
he wanted suggestions as to how to make the most of the fabulous
view at the back.

Proposed Loft Room Plan:
'The addition of a porch and a drive has improved the
outer appearance as well as the inner layout. The replacement
of the windows was , unfortunately an improvement that had
to be postponed to await more funds!
and what they thought about it ...
...'I cannot tell you how delighted we are with the finished
product. Well done!'
